“Great stay!! Plenty of room to hang out in different spaces in the house. The best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced. We had our family reunion there and enjoyed nearby activities and then relaxed in the evening at the fire pit in yard with plenty of chairs for everyone. Thanks so much for our stay. ”

“The property was fantastic! We had 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3-8 and felt like we had plenty of space. It was great having the mini golf and tennis courts right next to the house. The indoor pool was great and bigger than expected. The 9 hole par 3 links style course was absolutely amazing and was well kept, with holes ranging from 80 yards to 180 yards. Greens run slower but the conditions were great. House is about 5 mins from Deep Creek State Park and 20 minutes to Swallow Falls. Also...

“They have excellent customer service and the host is a very kind and considerate person! We couldn’t believe the price for the area! Hands down, no one even comes close to the price! If you want a great bargain and don’t need expensive frills then I highly recommend this. It’s close to beautiful hiking trails, antique shops, outdoors sporting, parks, and some towns that aren’t too far (without paying the tourist trap prices). The tv service and WiFi were a plus. “We had a wonderful time at Wake Up Grateful. The house was private and quiet without being too far from places to eat and the State Park. ”

“We stayed for a long weekend at “Almost heaven”. We really enjoyed the location- just a walk across the street to enjoy the dock and small beach area! (We brought our kayak and paddleboards and were able to just walk them over to get on the lake!) The location is great for a trip to the state park and close to town for necessities. “The house was perfect for our two families of 6 kids and 4 adults. We loved the location and easy access to the dock. We rented a boat for a day and loved being able to come back and forth with our dock for meals. The location is great with an easy drive to stores and the beach. Hot tub was a hit for all! ”
