“The exterior of the home is brick and provided sound proofing from the neighbor across the street that had company til 2 AM out if their garage made into a man cave. The open architecture of the floor layout made it feel roomier. A TV in every room was convenient. The empty garage made parking the car out of the heat was convenient. A small outside decking beyond the roofed patio would be advisable so that guests who choose to use the grill don't melt the siding and vinyl roofing”
