Ligger utanför misshandlad väg, men mycket nära (1/2 kvarter) till allt i centrum av Rehoboth Beach! Denna stadsbostad är lite mer än tre kvarter till stranden och mindre än ett kvarter till Rehoboth Avenue, där god mat och shopping finns i överflöd !!

Denna två våningar har många uppgraderingar och nyligen totala renoveringar av enheter som nya, golv, apparater, tvättmaskin torktumlare, bänkskivor i sten, bortskaffande av avfall och mer. Det erbjuder en stor balkong på andra våningen för att sola och en semi-privat trädgård med uteplats för att koppla av och grilla. Smakfullt inredda i ett naturligt motiv. Två sovrum (med takfläkt) och alla med eget badrum, ett med en king size-säng och ett med två tvillingar som kan skjutas ihop för att göra en andra kung. Halva badet nere. Exteriör byggnad har haft en komplett yttre makeover! Ser helt ny ut! Wi-Fi med hög hastighet! Plattskärms-TV, kabel- och DVD-spelare i varje sovrum och hällen (en med Blu-ray).

Mycket barnvänligt samhälle och bara 3 kvarter från en fantastisk lekplats.

Perfect

Propert had everything we needed for a weekend family getaway. Close to everything on the Rehoboth strip and Boardwalk. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was updated and well maintained. Will definitely be renting this house again.

Great beach vacation with Family

We've stayed at this rental a few times now and really enjoy the location in Rehoboth Beach. The place is clean and perfect for our family of four and dog. It has everything needed and you can easily walk to the stores nearby or the beach as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a beach rental in the Rehoboth area.

Loved our stay!

The property was clean,cozy and comfortable. The only issue we had was bringing our own sheets. I had to go out and buy two sets. And now I have two sets that fit no beds. It was a great walk to town and everything Rehoboth has to offer. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Well Kept and Comfortable

A nice place to land while visiting the beach. The winding stairwell to second floor is narrow and steep..not for the elderly or handicapped. The layout is nice and the location is central to town. Overall, a nice, quiet place to stay.

Awesome location in Rehoboth

Great location with easy walk to all the restaurants and shops on the Main Street, and few blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Easy check-in, clear house instructions, and two parking spots.

Great beach spot for the Family

We had a great time staying here during our long beach weekend. The house is perfectly located near the main strip of Rehoboth beach and within a very nice community with a couple of parks nearby. Our kids loved the parks and proximity to everything. No issues during our time here and everything had clear instructions as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great family spot near the beach that is affordable and comfortable.

Nice Quiet Area

We have rented in this complex for years. It is a very nice well maintained complex. So glad its pet friendly. It's not far from the boardwalk. But yet far enough out there's no noise. The condo was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again! Thank you Courtney for share your rental!

Our Get Away!

Our stay at your townhouse was wonderful. There was plenty of room and space for storage. The bedrooms were spacious and well organized and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of room for items needed. The steps were a little challenging at first but after a few times up and down they became less so! As for the kitchen, it was stocked with everything we needed. Maybe a Keurig in the future? The kitchen table was great! We loved the size and comfort of it. Having the downstairs bathroom was a plus too! It was nice to have the outdoor patio. If the weather was better we would have used it more. The parking was excellent, especially being that it was covered. Finally, the location couldn’t have been better. It was only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer for sure. We look forward to coming down again!

We have stayed in this condo 4 times in the past with friends and this time had our 10 yr old grandson. We love the location close to every thing. The pool is delightful.
