“The only issue that was dissatisfying was the check in process. I reserved 2 rooms with double beds in January. We had an early arrival. The hotel would not accommodate our party of 4 with the rooms requested because i booked via 3rd party we were not treated fairly. After 3hrs of waiting for our rooms, we were only able to get one room with double beds and one king. we were told to stop by the next morning to see if another double bed had opened up.”

“Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. Great that it’s on the beach, always lots of chairs...

“What a excepcional and beautiful resort to spend a comfortable and relaxed vacation. My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights accompanied by one of the staff members named Daurelin. She gave us a outstanding service. In the beginning of the trip she provided us a phone number to maintain a 24/7 contact throughout our stay and helped us in all aspects! Det står det inget om varken på Expedia eller på hotellets hemsida. Hotellet är slitet och inte i jätte bra skick. Just nu pågår renovering och det täcker stora delar av hotellet med grön plåt.
