“Like all recent reviews, -What has happened with this resort? Seems to have great potential in the past, but it seems like it has 100% placed into ruins.. who rund this place, seems like a ghoosted place. We did not got the room as We ordered, nor paid for. We got another class w/o balcony. Nevertheless the cleaniness and breakfast was great. “This was my first trip to Mexico. I fell in Love. Paradisus gave true vacation vibes! From the events to the food to the gorgeous balcony view i had, everything was well worth it! Im seriously thinking about coming back next spring. It was hard to leave, esp for my 5 year old!”
