“It was a good stay. They recently updated some things so that was good and the people and service was great. However, some places had small leaks and the air conditioner made a small noise at night. Nothing mayor that should deter anyone from going as it is an older hotel. I used to live in Cancun and used to go there as a child so I’m sure the Reno’s were needed but it’s a beautiful hotel. The greenery is nice.”

"Det här är ett femstjärnigt hotell i infrastrukturen men ett trestjärnigt hotell i management. Det visar sig i servicenivån, kvalitet på mat och dryck, underhåll av faciliteter med mera. "We had a great stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise in Playa del Carmen while traveling with our two young children (3 and 5 years old). The resort is beautiful, family-friendly, and offers plenty of pools, activities, and good dining options. Our room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. During our trip, my partner unfortunately became ill and needed to go to the hospital. We want to give a very special thank you to the concierge, Lisandro, who helped us tremendously during this stressful situation. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and helped organize everything we needed. His assistance made a difficult situation much easier for our family. We would also like to thank the entire staff at the resort for their kindness and professionalism during our stay. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, and they truly contributed to making our stay a positive experience. For us, this was a 5 out of 5 stay."
