The open and inviting living room features a large sectional sofa with ample seating, making it the perfect gathering space after a day at the beach. Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and the large private yard. Guests do NOT have access to the garage or the Privately owned lake. (This property does NOT own any rights to the lake with the exception of the gorgeous view) Trespassers will be ticketed so please do NOT allow pets or children to enter the lake. This includes fishing and/or any recreation utilizing the lake. NEED AN EV CHAR CHARGER -- This home includes a ChargePoint HomeFlex Level 2 EV Charger for your convenience.

The home is located in the Nedonna Beach neighborhood of Rockaway Beach, Oregon, a quiet coastal area that offers easy access to both nature and town amenities. The property sits approximately half a block from Manhattan Beach State Park, three blocks from the ocean, and two blocks from a kid-friendly recreational lake where life vests are available for public use. Rockaway Beach’s charming town center is less than a mile away, and the home is just 20 minutes north of Tillamook, placing guests close to incredible opportunities for hiking, fishing, clamming, crabbing, and coastal exploring—all within minutes of the house.



Rockaway Beach is a classic Oregon Coast town, perfect for strolling, beachcombing, and enjoying locally loved restaurants and shops. A Car is necessary. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into PDX and renting a car to make the approx. 2 hour drive to the Oregon Coast.
