Du är i hjärtat av den eviga staden, bekvämt läge för transport, shopping, restauranger, museer och sightseeing. Piazza di Spagna, Via dei Condotti, Trevifontänen, floden Tiber, Pantheon, Piazza Navona och Vatikanen ligger på gångavstånd från dig!

Lägenheten är romantisk, privat och stilfullt inredd, bara en minut från de spanska trappan, perfekt för dem som vill utforska Rom till fots. Nyligen renoverade är det ljusa, luftkonditionerade och Wi-Fi-serverade. Sammansatt av ett stort vardagsrum med en 160 cm bäddsoffa, en platt-TV med satellit-TV och ett bibliotek med böcker och turistguider på både engelska och italienska.

Köket, intill vardagsrummet, är möblerat med en bänk - perfekt för frukost, en ugn, en mikrovågsugn, fyra spisbrännare, bänkskivor i rostfritt stål, ett kylskåp, en liten frys, en diskmaskin och en tvättmaskin. Köket har också en vattenkokare för te och kaffe, en moka i italiensk stil och en Nespresso-kaffemaskin, te- och kaffeförråd.

Stora garderober i dubbelrummet och ett badrum med badrum med duschkabin, hårtork och väggmonterad kylare. I ingången finns fler inbyggda garderober där järn och strykbräda lagras. Lägenheten har plats för upp till fyra personer och på begäran kan jag tillhandahålla en resesäng och en barnstol. Om det behövdes är min dotter en perfekt, tillförlitlig och tillgänglig babysitter.

Jag tar personligen emot dig och hjälper dig med förslag och turistinformation. Engelska och franska talas. Hela lägenheten står till ditt förfogande. Mitt hem är ditt hem. Jag ordnade lägenheten eftersom jag skulle vilja hitta en plats ordnad för mig.

Dessutom kan jag ordna en biltjänst för transfer från och till flygplatsen (kostar för varje väg 45 euro eller 65 euro för en minibuss); guidade Romturer som passar dina personliga behov; en städservice (8 euro per timme för att vänligen ordna i förväg om möjligt); ett komplett byte av linne ingår halvvägs genom vistelsen vid bokningar över 12 dagar; Italiensk matlagningskurs hemma eller på kockens läge samt speciella pizzakurser. Fråga mer, jag kanske kan tillgodose dina önskemål och behov!

This is our 2nd time staying in Daniela’s apartment. We love it so much and she has thought of absolutely everything one would need when traveling. The apartment is beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable furniture and bed. The chair in the corner is great to catch up on a journal, read a book or simply relax and listen to the people below on the streets when you open the window. It is extremely quiet and we slept great, could not hear any noise from the streets. The location cannot be beat, so close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the restaurants, gelato shops. Great shopping is just around the corner and only half a block to the taxi stop. Daniela was kind enough to let us check in early since our plane arrived at 9:30 in the morning. The communication with her was great from the time we booked her apartment and also while we were staying there. If we had any questions, she was available. She gave us suggestions for restaurants and different places to see. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures…even better.Thank you Daniela for making our 2nd stay in your apartment just as wonderful as our first one. We loved every minute and made so many more beautiful memories!!

Spacious flat with comfortable beds and air conditioning! The bed was comfortable. The shower is a little tight. We were able to leave our bags early and Daniela was flexible on our checkout. Very enjoyable stay!

I loved this apartment. It was perfect for my family’s stay and so conveniently located to restaurants and anything you would need. An amazing stay! Centrally located near the Metro, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. The apartment was spacious and clean. Everything we expected and more! The host was even gracious enough to let us check in early as our flight arrived in the AM.

Amazing !! Stunning apt and perfect location

This stay was truly amazing. Started with Daniela l, owner of property, contacting us before our vacation and assisting us with pick up from airport followed by restaurant bookings etc.On the day of arrival she met with us at the apartment and checked us in. The apartment was stunning, so so clean and had everything we needed in it. Daniela even arrived with water and fruit for us. So very thoughtful. The apartment is perfectly located with 5 mins from Spanish steps and 7 mins walk from trevi fountain. We found we could walk to most of the attractions we wanted to go to. Some lovely local bars and restaurants too. Daniela was so accommodating right to the end of our stay. We could leave 20 mins before our taxi pick up which was also kindly arranged by Daniela. If we decide to return we would definitely choose this apartment again.

A Wonderful Home Away From Home

Great place, location & host!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. Equipped with all your needs. It is conveniently located by the Spanish steps, taxi stand (2 blocks) & an easy leisurely stroll (15-30 min.) to most city center places of interest. Mini mart around the corner for any groceries or basic hygiene items. Daniela was very responsive via WhatsApp to any communications. I would definitely book this home again.

Our 5th Time in This Apartment!

Daniela is always the perfect hostess. She is within contact if you need anything and is so thoughtful and friendly. We left my husband’s bag inside the door as we were leaving and I called her. Her daughter arrived soon after to unlock the doors and we made our train! The bed is very comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of closet space too. We cooked breakfast every morning during our two week stay. The metro and shopping are outside your door. Love having the dishwasher and wash machine. We hope to be back next year.

Love Roma!

This stay exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The apartment is quite large for 2 people and is very modern and updated. Lots of nice amenities, including espresso maker, water, milk, all of the kitchen essentials, dishwasher, clothes washer, laundry detergent, movies, books, and games. And, so much closet space and storage! The location was perfect and positioned right between Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The entrance is very secure and the neighborhood feels safe. Everything was within 35 min walking distance. Metro and bus stops were within 5 minutes walking. Grocery less than one block away and cafe and gelato options everywhere. The hostess was very communicative and responded quickly to questions/requests. We would plan another trip just to stay at this beautiful apartment! And, we love Rome too!

Best location, comfortable stay

Wonderful Apartment in Perfect Location!!

Daniela’s apartment was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was the perfect location, so close to the Spanish Steps with Restaurants, Gelato Shops and some of the best shopping in the city. What a wonderful place to come “home” to after a day of seeing the beautiful sights of glorious Rome. Just a short walk to the Trevi Fountrain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Piazza del Poppolo. This was our first time to Rome and Daniela gave us information on restaurants to eat at and put us in contact with a licensed guide, who was fantastic. Everything about this apartment was great, only one story up, but there was an elevator to get our heavy luggage up to the apartment. Daniela met us at the apartment and helped us get the luggage up….she was so good to always answer us immediately from the time we reserved the apartment. The furniture was so comfortable as was the bed, and we would open the windows and hear the wonderful sounds of the people in the streets below. We will definitely stay in this apartment if we get the chance to go back to Rome. You could not find a better apartment in a better location. Thanks Daniela for all the wonderful memories we made while staying in your apartment! If you are going to Rome, rent this apartment, you will love it!!

Wonderful Cozy and Clean Apartment

We loved our 5 night stay in Daniela’s apt. Her very lovely daughter, Gemma, met us upon arrival and answered any questions that we had. During our stay we communicated with Daniela about restaurants, how to operate washing machine, transportation, etc. She always answered in a timely manner and was very gracious. She also recommended a local guide to arrange private tours for us since I experienced a recent knee injury!! We were so happy that we reserved an apartment with a lift…. It made my trip so enjoyable in spite of an injury. The apartment is a very short walk to a Piazza with a taxi service to take you anywhere in Rome at a reasonable price. Also close by , are a few cafes to get your morning cappuccino or your afternoon dessert or cocktail. If you rent Daniela’s apartment, you will experience Rome as a local!!

Daniela is Amazing!!! She is so friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is ideal. Close to metro- close to wonderful landmarks. Will definitely recommend! If my journeys ever take me back to Rome I will stay here in a heartbeat!
