The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 80.00 per animal per week)
Tourist tax (€1.00 per person per day, applicable for the first 20 days. Please note that children under 14 years old will not pay)



Villa Allodola is located in the heart of the Livorno countryside, surrounded by rolling hills and rich woodlands, just a short distance from the Tuscan coast. This restored Tuscan farmhouse has been updated for contemporary living, but it still retains its traditional charm exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, and stone fireplaces. Its tranquil setting offers a retreat from modern life while remaining close to essential services, seaside resorts, and cultural landmarks, including Pisa, Livorno, and Florence.

Interior:
Villa Allodola has two floors, covering a total area of approximately 330 sqm. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance leading to a living room with ornamental fireplace, connected to an open-plan brickwork kitchen with dining area; French window leading to a loggia with outdoor dining area; hallway with access to the garden; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; twin bedroom with direct access to the outside and en suite bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms, both with access to a terrace; bathroom with tub and shower; twin bedroom; bathroom with shower; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms (not in the twin with joinable beds).
Park:
The villa is set within a 10,000 sq m enclosed garden, featuring a natural lawn, olive grove, and colourful flowering plants. A gravel driveway lined with cypress trees leads to the main entrance. The outdoor dining area, located under a tiled portico, is adorned with climbing plants and pots of flowers, creating an ideal setting for summer meals. A natural pond with water lilies adds charm, while a wood-burning oven and barbecue complete the outdoor amenities. The pool area, located a few steps from the house, is surrounded by lush vegetation.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Swimming Pool The pool area, located a few metres from the house, is accessed via terracotta steps and a paved pathway. Rectangular shape; 12.5 x 6 m with depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.50 m; PVC lining with terracotta border; salt purification; internal lighting with two underwater spotlights; Roman steps for access. Large pool terrace, partly paved in terracotta and partly in natural lawn; sunbeds and umbrellas; surrounded by lush vegetation and potted plants; flanked by an olive grove. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
