Simona Luxury Apartment few steps from sk, Sestriere, Italy

This luxurious apartment is close to the centre of the resort of Sestriere, on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a modern condominium. In the winter months, it is a short walk to the ski slopes. In the summer, it is close to beautiful hiking routes and the resort’s amenities. It makes a chic and comfortable base for friends or families.

The apartment sleeps 6 people. Its incredibly stylish décor, contemporary furniture and wooden floors, creates a sophisticated yet relaxed environment and it has been fitted out with everything guests might need. There is even a private sauna. The open-plan living area includes a sofa, a Smart TV, a wooden dining table and chairs plus a spacious kitchen, divided by an attractive wooden counter. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Both the kitchen and the dining area have glass doors that open onto the private balcony, which runs around the front and side of the building and offers stunning mountain views.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The luxurious master bedroom has a contemporary wooden canopied bed, with a desk, large flat-screen TV and extensive wardrobes. The en suite bathroom opens directly off the room.
Bedroom 2: This charming wood-panelled room consists of 2 separate bunk beds, with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and French windows out onto the balcony.

Bathroom 1: En suite to the master bedroom, this beautifully appointed bathroom has a full bath with a shower head, basin, bidet and WC. The bathroom leads directly to the private sauna

Location
Sestriere has a lot to offer throughout the year. In the winter months, the slopes around the resort suit skiers and snowboarders of all levels. The resort also offers cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing.

Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.

There are many great restaurants and bars in Sestriere, which will suit all tastes and budgets in the area. For self-catering, Sestriere has supermarkets and smaller shops selling local specialities.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 45 minutes drive from the apartment.
