2-bathroom cabin in scenic Wears Valley, Tennessee! Perfect for up to six

guests, this charming retreat boasts gorgeous mountain views and a private

covered deck, complete with a relaxing hot tub. Gather around the open fire

pit to roast marshmallows in the evenings and share stories with family and

friends. Enjoy outdoor cooking on the grill. Experience the relaxing blend of

comfort and nature at this inviting mountain getaway!



Living Room:

The living room of this cozy cabin is a haven for peace and relaxation,

designed to provide the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the Great

Smoky Mountains. A plush sleeper sofa and recliner invite you to settle in and

unwind, while two comfortable chairs offer additional seating. The room's

focal point is the wood-burning fireplace, crackling with warmth and ambiance.

Above the mantle, a flat-screen TV provides endless entertainment options,

ensuring you'll never miss a moment of your favorite show or movie.



Kitchen/ Dining Room:

The kitchen of this charming cabin is fully equipped with all the essentials

and amenities, including a stainless steel stove, microwave, dishwasher, and

refrigerator to help prepare food and cook meals a breeze. With plenty of

counter space and storage, you'll have plenty of room to prepare delicious

meals. Four bar stools offer seating at the counter, perfect for casual meals

or socializing with family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen, a cozy dining

room table seats four, providing the perfect spot to share a meal together.

Whether you're a foodie or just looking to whip up a quick breakfast, this

kitchen has everything you need to make your stay a delight. Dish towels, dish

starter soap, and dishwasher starter pods are provided.

The outdoor spaces are the perfect way to soak up the natural beauty of the

Smoky Mountains. Step outside to the private hot tub, where you can relax and

unwind under the stars. A charcoal grill is also available to cook delicious

meals. The screened-in porch provides a bug-free spot to enjoy the fresh

mountain air and beautiful mountain views. Gather around the open fire pit on

chilly mountain evenings to roast marshmallows and share stories with loved

ones. The patio furniture invites you to linger and enjoy the peaceful

surroundings, making this cabin's outdoor spaces the perfect place to create

lasting memories with family and friends.



Locations/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is easily accessible by vehicle, featuring paved roads all the way

to the driveway, where it transitions to gravel for easy access. There's level

parking available for two vehicles, making it convenient for your group. If

you're in the mood for breakfast, be sure to stop by Elvira's Café nearby.

You'll also find Dollar General, Kroger, and Food City, a short drive away.

The location is fantastic—just 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, 15 minutes to

Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. You'll be close to everything

downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer!



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the home alone unless they are kept in a

kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning needed due to your pet, you will be charged

for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

10am

Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property

(any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be

charged to the credit card on file).
