“We enjoyed our overnight stay at Christmas Creek Cafe & Cabins. The cabins were basic but clean, there was a small heater, enough to take the edge off the chill in the room and plenty of warm blankets provided. We made a small fire down by the creek and the kids loved playing in and around the creek. Was lovely to get away and disconnect from the everyday routine! ”

“It’s all in the Title, absolutely enjoyable in every way. Cannot fault anything at all. Would recommend to anyone who wants to walk with The wild life at its finest. Relaxing on the veranda was so nice, peaceful and private. Read a book and relax so easily managed. Plenty of birds were all around every afternoon, thy were friendly and loved to eat the bird feed when it was sprinkled around the ground. There were water bowls in the front and back yards for the birds to drink from and some birds...

Lots to read, eclectic artworks and quirky pieces to amuse. Our peaceful stay was only interrupted by the birds and pattern of rain. We had a lovely stay, just 2 nights but it was enough to reset. Highly recommend as a couples escape.”

Tracy had the place ready to go, it was really clean and the all the wonderful add ons with fresh breakfast produce and firewood were so appreciated. Honestly if anything this place is undersold. The views are amazing, it feels very private and just an amazing experience. We had an great stay and enjoyed all the fun of the scenic rim in eat local month. Would highly recommend for a romantic weekend away.”

“Overall, the stay was nice! Some room for improvement around the maintenance of the cabin and property, but otherwise quite comfortable. You do get constant highway noise outside but you get used to it after a while. Beautiful views otherwise and great for birdwatchers!”
