Holiday Villas III is undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Most balconies, including this unit, are fully accessible, and construction noise is minimal. Typical work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM. The pool remains open except when work is directly above the pool deck area, expected later in the year.
