My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!”

The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the pool & hot tub. Highly recommend this property. You will have a great time!”

“We were completely relaxed for the entire week staying at this beach house. All the amenities were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped for our family dinners. You are so close to the beach which was great having a two year old. We walked to nearby restaurants for meals as well. We loved the location and highly recommend this cute beach house.”

“It felt like camping which we were fine with. We spent most of our time hiking and visiting family. We do not recommend taking Tuna Canyon Road as Google Map sent us on. We only made that mistake once.”

“The place is very cute and cozy. The owner is great, very very helpful. Getting to the little cottage will get your step goal quickly, once there it is like you are in a tree house.”

“Amazing location in Sherman Oaks abutting Canyon. Charming little spot. Host is lovely. Pool area undergoing work. No sink in kitchenette. A guest information book would be a nice addition.”

“This cottage is located on a beautiful wide beach. You have private access through the patio gate. You can walk for miles on the sandy beach.”

“Overall, we liked the property very much. The beach house was very cute and had comfortable beds, a good supply of dishes, pots and pans and linens. The outdoor patio area and furniture were very dirty making it uninviting. We brought our own lounge chairs, and were happy we did. Parking was difficult. Our main concern was the very loud traffic - day and night. Lots of very loud motorcycles. ”
