“Nice, well kept property. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The a/c unit ran a lot and blew on the head of the bed. We adjusted the vents and that helped some. ”

“Always a great location, nice outdoor facilities and beautiful view. However our unit was very tired. The pull out coach was broken and hard to sleep on. The door to one of the cabinets fell off on our last day but repair came right away. ”

“This house was perfect for our two families of five. It was clean and welcoming. The views were amazing from the decks and dock. Our families enjoyed the beautiful and tranquil pool area. It was perfect for when the passing Florida showers came. We just jumped out of the pool to the covered sitting area. Our fishermen enjoyed the dock and kayaks. We also loved our bike rides to Sombrero Beach and the Dockside restaurant. We were sad to leave this wonderful property.”

Over priced
"Nice hotel and good location and over all good. But price for one night is very high and not price worthy for a couple, on top of a very high price they took extra charge for using the pool and beach, 52 USD a day. Soo I can not recommend this hotel "
