Furthermore, a living room with comfortable sofa set, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a master bedroom with air conditioning, TV, double bed, single bed, visually separated space with bathtub and two sinks, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with double bed and TV, and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning on the corridor in the staircase area. The well-maintained outdoor area offers a fully fenced garden with large pool (5,5 x 11 m), several terraces, sun loungers, parasols and a fully equipped summer kitchen with dining area, billiards and darts.


Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
