“I hesitate to write a review because I want this to be our family’s secret spot. This place is absolute perfection! The amazing house and breathtaking views would have been enough, but the many amenities and activities in the area begged us to stay active. We’d take the kayaks out for fishing and sightseeing, then relax our tired muscles in the hot tub. “We were spending time as a family to celebrate our son's first Christmas. The property management was top notch and even included Christmas decorations that weren't expected but definitely appreciated! This property is everything we could have asked for and more.”

“We have stayed here before and love the condo, the view and ease of getting up the mountain. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Our only wish is that it could be rented as a 2 bedroom . Our traveling friends would love it”

The property managers, Jerry & Sally Mass, went above & beyond to answer any questions and see that we had everything we needed. “I stayed at two other rental properties before this one. What a relief when I arrived here! Ana was very helpful and communicative. Everything was clean, new and upscale. And its in the Ridges resort so there is a great environment, a wonderful place to walk, safe and the all the amenities of the resort. The large tub was awesome. I slept very well. I can think of nothing negative to say about this property - and that is a first for me! Thank you for a nice stay.”

“When we arrived we noticed the exterior grounds needed attention. We had to contact the owners about no gas in the fireplace. We found two ticks and a dead cockroach. The ceiling fans were full of dust. The drywall joint tape was peeling from the walls. The ad claimed no pets allowed. We found animal toys in plain sight. This caused me to develop a sight sinus condition. We will never rent from them again. We should be reimbursed partial cost as we left a day early.”

“Loved the place. The river views/sounds and the back deck are fantastic. Host was very communicative and assisted for our questions. Beds/pillows were not that comfortable. Would share for host to add some pillow tops to the mattress to improve that aspect. Also, place is a little farther than 2 mins from Harrah’s. All-in-all, it was a great time in the mountains.”
