“This was our third year at this property. We are always sublimely satisfied. The best is the feeling of privacy being on surrounded by water on 3 sides. We like the simplicity of the decor and the lack of a TV. We also like that certain basic food stuffs are left (like salt and pepper) in case we forgot them. It's perfect. ”

“We had a great stay!! The view from the house was awesome. We rented kayaks one day from Clyde River Rec and spent the day on the lake. We also hiked to the summit of Mt. Pisgah. All very close by. There is basically no service in the area and wifi is unreliable but we totally enjoyed being off the grid! The Gap restaurant was close by and good. Mostly picked up food from local farm stands though. Overall great stay and owner was responsive!! ”

“Perfect accommodations for us. We were three couples there to attend a wedding at the top of Jay. Condo was walking distance (with shortcuts) to the main lodge, very quiet, comfortable beds for everyone, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of room. Skiiers would especially love it right on the trail. I would not hesitate to rent this again if I were in the area.”
