It is a condotel so the condo is fully serviced with towels, sheets, extra pillows, blankets, separate pool/hot tub towels right next to the pool, fully stocked kitchen, laundry unit and an amazing staff of housekeepers and in house concierge/doorman. “We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & decided to skip the whole team hotel scene (as much fun as that always is). It was so nice to spread out and have our own space. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails and creek access. It’s close to town but also feels secluded enough to feel like a mountain getaway. Highly recommend!”

“This is an older condo that has been meticulously renovated with high end finishes. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. The unit is ground level so there is some noise on the stairs outside but it was minimal. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the secondary entrance to Beaver Creek. Svetlana was very friendly and super helpful.”

“I really like the location of this condo. Very easy to get to slopes. Also the sauna and hot tubs are a BIG plus after a hard day of skiing. The unit we had this trip was very comfortable and clean....made for another FANTASTIC ski vacation.”

Michael the host was very accommodating and had alot of extras in the condo which you usually do not find, I would highly recommend this unit and when we return we return to Beaver Creek this is the place I will return too.”

“This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). “Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths.”
