“The accommodations were perfect for a small family. The ground floor location and end unit were close to parking and easy to access for older people unable to climb stairs.”

“The unit is updated and in good condition. Loved the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The location and view are fantastic. Owner supplied beach umbrella and chairs can be used a little further down the beach as the area directly in front of the building is rental umbrellas only. In unit laundry and kitchen were perfect. Just what we needed for a lovely vacation.”

“This was our second visit to Navarre Beach and second condo we have stayed in at Beach Colony. The room is extremely nice and - as mentioned in other comments-EVERYTHING you need! Beautiful views, too! Will be back!”

“I rated them a five everywhere to not impact their rating We reserved this room and were quickly notified by the owners. There’s construction going on at this location and asked if we would move to another property. Communication was really great. We were disappointed. We didn’t have the opportunity to stay at this location, but we would stay with this owner again, and will look to stay here when Construction completes”

“The condo was very clean and well maintained. The amenities of the complex were beautiful as well, we utilized the pool and the gym. We loved the large balcony space for hanging out in the evenings - we could hear the live bands playing on the other side of the building. It was a wonderful stay and we plan on returning!”

“The condo has been updated very tastefully. The furniture is comfortable. You must be able to negoitate stairs to access the condo to bring in your luggage / groceries as well as to cross the sand dunes to access the beach.”

“This place was amazing. Perfect for family with kids or a quiet getaway. Having a private beach was amazing and twice we saw dolphins from the balcony! I do think having a rental car was nice, there was plenty of parking at the condo and everything was a short drive away. I think for a shorter trip you could get away with no car, there’s a few restaurants with in walking distance or short Uber ride. Overall great rental, easy check in and easy check out. Highly recommend.”

“The spacious condo and the building facilities were very nice. The views and access to the beach were amazing. From the deck, we saw dolphins swimming past several times. The kitchen dishes, utensils and appliances were adequate. Be aware that very limited, if any, consumables are supplied, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soaps, spices, etc. The place is good for larger groups. We would stay here again.”

“The property was clean, nice, roomy and located RIGHT on the beach. We didn't get a chance to try all the amenities but the pool and hottub were great, the beach was clean and the shops in the condo looked nice. Parking is super closed, covered and easy to get to.”

“Gorgeous condo and resort! This condo was spotlessly cleaned, beautifully decorated and we loved the location! Only negative was porch looked out over parking lot but still a lovely porch! This resort is hands down a 5 star but we were disappointed that the pool located in the Luau didn't have it's heater on when we arrived. It was turned on about a week into our stay. I would assume it would have been on all through the winter months. Hands down would stay here again! We loved it!”

“Awesome condo! Perfect space for a family of four. Very generous with what is included in the property (ex. plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.). Steps away from the beach and community pool. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. We’d definitely consider coming back to this location again. Thank you!”

“only 2 things that could be improved. we werent given, to my knowledge, the cose for piil and pool bathrooms. i did find out from another guest. pool was listed as heated and wasnt. Didnt ruin anything for us and im just passing along for your information. we loved the condo and view and took full advantage of the marvelous beach everyday. Thank you and would highly recommend. we would certainly stay here again.”
