“This was the perfect place for a weekend of relaxation and beautiful sunsets. The location is beautiful, the apartment was just as presented in the fotos. It had all the ingredients we needed.Andrea, was the best! She made it so easy. She met us at check in and was available for any questions I had. Checkout was easy. I would recommend this to all my friends. I can’t wait to come back!”

“Great location, nice space, but host not very responsive. No information booklet to explain how anything works. Heater didn't work and host didn't believe us. We had to send a video of us plugging in the heater, turning it on, and nothing happening. We finally got a working heater after a week. A window shade over the patio door was broken and the host never responded about it, so I fixed it. All responses from host were single sentences, and not always helpful, leaving us to figure out things...

“The pictures were clearly taken many years ago as the place is pitifully maintained. VRBO wouldn't even get involved in complaints and they have turned it over to a nother organization, Vacation Rentals Chile who have no clue how to treat a guest. Plus for 2/3 of the stay there was no response to the communications that the appliances did not work. Felt as if once they took our money on this highly overpriced "all but a dump", they could care less. Concon is a nice place, but for the dog feces...

“Try to get an extra night and it was complicated. I had the feeling that they want me to book over the web when they request a minimum of 2 night with all the extra fee! Very noisy with the gym just under ! Music loud from the gym ( starting at 7) and also from the bar right in front!!! Good think that we were out all day , they we making rénovation just on top of our apartment ”

“I did not stay at this property because I could not. I am requesting a refund. The unit walls were peeling off, no hot water, no heater, the wifi did not work, the stains on the wall and baseboards could not be washed; if you try to turn on the water in the bathroom sink faucet, the piping was so loose, it might come out of the wall. I am demanding s full refund, I could not stay and had to find alternative lodging”

“So sad we chose this property! A lovely escape turned into a horrible week. The property was filthy when we arrived (5PM) No cleaning was ever made. SAND everywhere: floor, in the kitchen sink, in the shower, inside the Closet Drawers! Hairs! Dirty windows, awful and I was charged 45 USD (cleaning fee). I called the admins and sent pictures. They sent me a person against my will. I told them this was not acceptable. We needed to rest and eat so I asked them to move us to another property. We...
