Strandhuset Le Sable Fin Àr ett parhus som Àr anslutet till en strandklubb, och har en privat trÀdgÄrd med utemöbler.
Det mycket ljusa huset har en luftkonditionerad veranda med matsal, lounge och studie.
Inuti huset Àr det stora köket utrustat med alla apparater. Vi hittar 1 sovrum med dubbelsÀng med privat badrum, ett sovrum med 2 vÄningssÀngar och ett ytterligare angrÀnsande badrum, vardagsrummet med bÀddsoffa och satellit och digital-TV, för totalt 8 bÀddar. Rummen Àr luftkonditionerade och har linne och wi-fi.
FrÄn 1 maj till 30 september inkluderar tjÀnsterna entrén till poolen med hydromassage delat med gÀsterna pÄ strandklubben och anvÀndning av ett tÀlt pÄ stranden med solstolar, solstolar och handdukar.

Thank you for a fantastic holiday

We were 8 people spending 10 days at Pietros house. Everything was better than we expected. The pool and the beach is very close and clean. We really liked the beach club which included a tent, loungers and beach towels. The house is clean and had everything we needed. Pietro is very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for such as taxi reservations and tips on excursions. We really recommend this house and Pietro as a host.

Great Stay

This Rental has everything a family needs. Beautiful pool, beach tent with chairs all set up. The apartment has comfortable beds and nice hot showers. Laundry, kitchen, not to mention fun on the beach

Tolle Lage, angenehmer Gastgeber!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, sauber und entspricht den Photos in der Anzeige. Die Lage direkt am Strand als Teil eines Bagnos ist einzigartig! Pietro ist ein sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Gastgeber, wir haben alle Mahlzeiten in seinem Restaurant eingenommen und waren sehr zufrieden. Wie kommen wieder!

Tolles Beachhouse direkt am Strand

schöne und grosszĂŒgige Wohnung direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und grosszĂŒgig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sensationell. Freundlicher Gastgeber, unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Einfach tolles Haus!!!

Wir hatten tolle 9 Tage

Die Lage ist super, die Gastgeber sehr nett (Grazie Pietro & Familia), das Restaurant am Bagno genial, der Cappuccino und der Espresso mega lecker, die Liegen am Strand mit Zelt, 2 LiegestĂŒhlen, einem Stuhl, 2 Liegen, StrandtĂŒchern und einem abschließbaren Tisch ist einfach genial. Einzig, die Schlafsituation ist mit 3 Erwachsenen nicht ganz so gĂŒnstig, weil es ein Schlafzimmer mit einem kleinen Doppelbett und ein Kinderzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten gibt. Wir haben schlussendlich zu zweit im Schlafzimmer und eine im Fernsehzimmer auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa geschlafen. Das ging so ganz gut. Die zwei Badezimmer, die KĂŒche und das grosszĂŒgige Wohnzimmer sind perfekt. Wir - 3 Freundinnen - haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder :-)

Idéal pour séjour en famille

Location trĂšs agrĂ©able, spacieuse dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et trĂšs propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Elle appartient Ă  un club de plage avec accĂšs direct Ă  la piscine et la mer. Emplacement idĂ©al pour un sĂ©jour en famille proche des commerces, bars,restaurants et dĂ©couvrir la Toscane. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la gentillesse et l’accueil de la maman de Pietro qui parle trĂšs bien le français. A noter qu’il n’y a pas de parking privĂ©, il faut garer la voiture dans les rues plus Ă©loignĂ©es car tous les parkings Ă  proximitĂ© sont payants.

Schöne Strandwohnung, perfekte Lage.

Schöne Strandlage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. GenĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr eine große Familie. Lage direkt am Strand, etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Viareggio. Nettes Personal. Alles in allem gut. Einzig der Preis ist ein wenig hoch.....

A beautiful place to stay in a perfect location!

We had a wonderful week at bagno Lelia. The house was tastefully decked out with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The location close to the beach and walking distance of all the commodities was perfect too. No need for a car as the bike hire was great fun and so safe for all ages (my 76 yr old mum to my 5yr old daughter). Pietro was a kind and considerate host who was happy to help whenever we asked for it. We will definitely be visiting this beautiful home again.

Wonderful beach getaway at a great property with amazing service.

Our group of six was more than pleased with this property. Pietro and family mad us feel so welcome and took great care of us. The location is perfect for wondering up or down the beach. Shops and restaurants are a very short walk away. Six of us were quite comfortable for 5 days and everything that we would need was provided. iIwould highly recommend this property for your next Italian beach vacation!

Great beach house and beach club

Pietro and his family were great hosts and fun to be with. The house is really nice and was great for our family of 4 from California and would easily accommodate 8 people. It is attached to the Bango Lelia beach club which makes it ideal as the pool is right outside the front door and comes with a cabana on the beach. There is a yard in front with a table and chairs on the grass along with a small bbq. There also is a snack bar and restaurant at the beach club where you can have coffee, snacks, drinks, lunch and dinner. We arrived after midnight after our flight was cancelled and Pietro welcomed us without any complaints or additional cost. It has been the best place we have stayed on our 20 day trip to Europe and Italy. There also is a unit next door you can rent if you have more people or an other family. We would highly recommend staying here.

Ein tolles Haus direkt am Meer. Da wir im Oktober dort waren, hatten wir den Strand fĂŒr uns allein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein guter Standort von wo aus man alle interessanten Ziele der Toskana schnell erreichen kann.

The best beach house in Viareggio

Very good place to spend your holiday. Nicely decorated, clean, to steps to the pool and to the sandy beach. Highly recommend this villa to everybody, especially who has small kids. Pool and beach area is not crowded even in high season. Grocery shop is 10 min walk and a huge park with lots of activities for small kids is 15 min walk from the house. P.S. Pietro, please, buy small microwave oven and electric kettle to the kitchen and this place will be 100% ideal.
