The first floor features two cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting living room. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, which leads into the well-maintained garden—perfect for relaxing outdoors, whether enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or a social barbecue evening.

The upper floor features two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom equipped with a shower stall. In addition, an infrared sauna is available here, offering soothing relaxation—especially after an active day in the fresh air.

House Rules/Pricing Info:
The health resort of Minsen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, their ages, and the length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding rates can be found on the Wangerland Tourism website.
The following are exempt from the guest tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to an official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
