Xmas Rocks - Paddock Pod by Tiny Away sits just 1 hour from Cape Jaffa in Willalooka. Perched on a gentle rise, these tiny homes overlook grazing pastures, horse paddocks, and a wedding barn framed by vast southern skies. Spend your days exploring Christmas Rocks Conservation Park, Mount Monster Conservation Park, Padthaway wine country, The Granites, and Canunda National Park. Return to a view that stretches forever and a space encouraging quiet reflection.
The 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom with a gas-heated shower, hand basin, and eco-friendly cassette toilet.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Xmas Rocks - Country Cabin by Tiny Away," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to explore the paddock areas, where there is plenty of space for a leisurely walk. For a more adventurous experience, you can take a short drive to the nearby Christmas Rocks Conservation Park and enjoy a hike to the lookout. Please note, certain areas are restricted for safety and privacy reasons, including the horse paddocks and the house/shed areas. A map will be provided upon arrival, outlining the accessible areas for walking. As a working farm, we prioritise both safety and privacy for all our guests.
Breakfast is not included in your booking. However, a breakfast platter can be arranged for your arrival with advance notice. Feel free to inquire about pricing and available options.

Tucked in the small town of Willalooka, Xmas Rocks - Paddock Pod by Tiny Away sits just a 1-hour drive from Cape Jaffa and close to some of South Australia's most scenic landscapes. Spend the day hiking among ancient granite outcrops in Christmas Rocks Conservation Park or tackle rugged tracks at Mount Monster Conservation Park, where panoramic views reward the climb.
Padthaway brings small-batch cellar doors and cool-climate wines that showcase the soil and history of the Limestone Coast. Drive out to The Granites to watch the Southern Ocean pound against wave-carved rocks. For a stretch of wild coastline, Canunda National Park offers hidden beaches, sand dunes, and diverse birdlife.

- From Melbourne to Keith: 5.5 hours (501 km)
- From Keith to Xmas Rocks Farm:- 20 minutes (30 km)
Vehicle Requirements:
Xmas Rocks Farm is accessible by 2WD vehicles on well-maintained roads. If you plan to visit nearby conservation parks or rugged areas, a 4WD is recommended for off-road tracks.
By Public Transport:
- There are no public transport options available.
By Flight:
- The nearest major airports are Adelaide Airport and Mount Gambier Airport.
- From Adelaide Airport, drive to Keith (approx. 2.5 hours) and continue to Xmas Rocks Farm (20 minutes).
- From Mount Gambier Airport, drive to Willalooka (approx. 2 hours).

- Pets are allowed (max 2 pets)
- Electric BBQ grill is available
- The property is suitable for kids
- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times
- Let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- This is a pet-friendly property; full pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone all have strong mobile reception in the area, while 2degrees and Spark may have a weaker signal
- Please note that more extended stays or late check-outs will incur an extra charge
- Smoking is permitted next to the fire pits. Please do not leave any cigarette butts on the ground.
- The Tiny Home runs on rainwater for everyday use, but it’s not filtered for drinking. We recommend bringing your own or using bottled water
