Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We ask that you be mindful of quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
IMPORTANT: AWD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months in order to get to the Winter Park Valley. Once here, the roads are well maintained!
