This lovely apartment has been carefully furnished to create a calm, harmonious and welcoming atmosphere. The interior has been designed with attention to detail, from the colours and textures to the layout of the furniture, giving the space a pleasant sense of balance and comfort.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing a relaxed breakfast, lunch or dinner during your stay. The kitchen includes a stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and kettle. Everything you need is available for an easy and comfortable holiday.

The living room is tastefully decorated and offers a cosy place to unwind. It features a comfortable 2.5-seater sofa, a separate armchair, a coffee table and a television, with extra storage space underneath. The dining area, with a corner bench and two separate chairs, provides seating for approximately four people and is perfect for shared meals or a quiet evening indoors.

A small hallway next to the living room leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bright main bedroom has a spacious box spring bed with a top mattress of 180 x 210 cm, bedside tables and plenty of storage space. A large wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and an additional chest of drawers make it easy to keep everything organised during your stay. The second bedroom includes a comfortable single bed of 90 x 210 cm, a large wardrobe and a small bedside shelf.

The compact bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin with storage space for your bathroom essentials. A heated mirror adds extra comfort, especially after showering.

For families with babies or children up to 2 years old, a cot and high chair can be booked free of charge, although they are not provided as standard. Pets are also welcome in this accommodation, with space for up to two pets.

Outside, the southwest-facing terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Relax on the comfortable outdoor chairs, take in the lively view and use the sunshade for extra comfort on warm summer days. One free parking space is available at the accommodation, and additional paid visitor parking can be found nearby.

Daily arrivals are possible, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property by 9:30 a.m., and the key should be returned to the same location where it was collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bedding, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can check your booking to confirm if this applies.Overnight visitors must be registered and are only permitted to stay with prior approval and upon payment for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets allowedBusiness bookings are available upon request.
