“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “This was a great holiday location and the house was clean and comfortable with a well equippet kitchen and had a private patio right outside. The pool and the pool area was fantastic with sunbeds, chairs and parasols. It was quite and relaxing. Some nice restaurants were within walking distance from the house. The hosts were very nice and gave us valuable tips about activities, restaurants and places of interest. We stayed her with our 2 kids (aged 8 and 10) for one week and we really loved it!...

La casa è in una zona riservata e nella natura tra le colline ...il silenzio domina piacevolmente e il panorama è veramente mozzafiato. La piscina è carina e pulita dotata di un chioschetto col frigo utilissimo. I proprietari passano la mattina per la manutenzione del giardino(curatissimo) ma sono discreti e gentili( ci hanno portato le uova fresche del loro pollaio).🤣 Una location...

If I had to make one small recommendation it would be to install fly screens on upstairs windows so they can be opened at night. Certainly wouldn't stop me coming back though.”

“Een fijn vakantiehuis, zowel bij mooi als slechter weer. Grote tuin met heerlijk zwembad, maar bij kouder weer heel ruim en gezellig binnen, twee knusse haarden, een collectie dvd's etc. Een prima huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven. Enige nadeel is misschien dat het wel vrij afgelegen ligt en in de heuvels, dus je moet best veel rijden om dingen te zien. Verder heerlijk en hele vriendelijke communicatie met de lokale beheerder.”

Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit sechs Erwachsenen und sechs Kindern sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse sorgt für Entspannung und das Haus ist großzügig, ruhig und sehr schön eingerichtet. . Es gibt vier Schlafzimmerr in der ersten Etage sowie eins im Etdgeschoss, was vergleichsweise klein ist und uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat wie die Zimmer oben. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer findet sich im Cottage. Toll wäre es, wenn auch die Fenster des Wohnzimmers Fliegengitter hätten. Dann könnte...

“Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Gastgeber Nino war sehr bemüht. Das die beiden Bereiche/ Schlafzimmer getrennt sind, also 2 Wohnungen sollte direkt erwähnt werden. Personen die schlecht zu Fuß sind haben u.U. Probleme. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig.”

“Une très belle propriété, bien située pour visiter les environs, et en même temps à l'écart des routes. Spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée et une belle piscine et tout ça sans voisinage immédiat. La personne de contact était très disponible et toujours de bon conseil.”

“Schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Fabriano, mit einem SUV gut zu erreichen. Paolo kümmert sich regelmäßig um den Pool.Die Betten sind sehr gut und auch die Küchenausstattung ist top, ebenfalls gibt es eine bequeme Couch. Die Überdachung vor dem Haus mit Tisch und Bänken ist bei einem etwaigen Regenschauer oder für einen Vollschatten sehr gut zu nutzen. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.”

“Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich schön am Haupthaus in einem tollen Garten, einem kleinen Pool und lieben Katzen, allerdings sehr remote. Zum Meer muss man zwischen 45-66km fahren. Ist aber gut angebunden. 8km vom Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Allerdings wird es ab 2 Erwachsenen eng. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt und bei schlechtem Wetter nicht so gemütlich im Haus, da eng. Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Bad ist schön.. ein paar Haken oder...
