“We really enjoyed our stay in the Rome apartment! It was a great place to recover from long days of sightseeing, a spacious and comfortable home to return to. Lots of room for our family of five plus a baby. Our bed was super comfortable, and Maria was kind enough to find us a baby cot for our little grandson to sleep in. The neighborhood is ideal, lots of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, and the Villa Pamphilij park is just around the corner if you yearn for a green...

“We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. Great coffee shop and walking parks just up the street… we would def come back and Great for two families to share.”

“Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back.”

“Cute little place, had everything we needed. Close to a small market down the street to stock fridge and restaurants/places two streets away. Safe and quiet area reminded me of LA. Communication was immediate. Super close to the train station where you can also get the touring buses. Definitely pay attention to the instructions”

“Me, my husband and 7 friends traced to Rome for the 2023 Ryder Cup. Although the perfidy the YS team disappointed us, the Italian villa in Albano Laziale did NOT. From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.”

Restaurants and supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes drive, and the train station at Colleferro (about 15 minutes drive) provides a train service into the centre of Rome. The villa itself is like a home from home; comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need.”

“Fantastic grounds, facilities and pool area. Great staff to help us during the stay. Drawbacks, airconditioning needed at least in the bedrooms. There was a mosquito problem due to stagnant water in fountains about the property.”

“Perfekt lägenhet för oss fyra med 2 vuxna och två tonåringar. Fräsch och snyggt inredd. Något hårda sängar. Stor terass med mysig soffgrupp och matbord. Eftermiddagssolen var dock lite för het för att kunna njuta fullt ut men före 12 och efter 18 var terassen underbar! Vi lyckades pricka in när ”extremhettan” härjade i södra Europa så ac:n i lägenheten var mycket uppskattad! Vi gick till Colosseum på ca 25-30min, men om man hellre tar Metron så är gångtiden ca 5-7min. Hyresvärdarna svarade...

“We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener.”

“With friends or parents you can really enjoy your stay. Outside swimming pool, garden, forest give you possibilities to organize fantastic days. Villa is gully equipped for breakfast lunch and dinner.”

“une précision pour commencer : il s'agit (pour des français) d'un rez-de-jardin dont l'escalier intérieur ,est en colimaçon. Points forts : loueurs sympathiques et serviables, petit jardin bien ombragé, très grands rangements, moustiquaires, plage à proximité immédiate et crucial pour nous (!) plage pour chiens vers lido dei pini. Petites faiblesses : stationnement sur la voie publique parfois un peu difficile, absence de wifi, absence de climatisation,route très passante.”

“We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. I enjoyed sitting in the back under the canopy during the day and late at night. Neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the mattress and bedding on the double bed in rom with half bath. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes,...

“Vi hade en härlig vecka i Lariano. Vackert hus, härlig pool, perfekt med fotbollsplan för 12 åringen. Det fanns vingårdar, restauranger och saker att se i närheten. Man måste ha bil. Alfonso och hans familj höll sig för sig själva men hjälpte till med tips på restauranger och om behov uppstod. Huset och trädgården är finare än bilderna. Jag kan absolut tänka mig att återvända!”

“House was just as described. Was very clean and filled with all the amenities you could possibly need and more. Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. Will definitely be back!”

“Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine Woche zu verbringen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Garten war sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Die Billardplatte im Keller war täglich über Stunden in Benutzung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Die Wege zum Meer und zur Eisdiele waren sehr kurz. Rundum hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen.”

“This is an apartment hotel. So no extra beds for the kids was prepared. Do it yourself was the feedback we got. Everything cost extra and a bit too much for the value. It is an ok place. But nut much more. Tip: there is a local shop 5 minutes walk where you can buy everything you need from coffee to breakfasts. ”
