“The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days...

“une précision pour commencer : il s'agit (pour des français) d'un rez-de-jardin dont l'escalier intérieur ,est en colimaçon. Points forts : loueurs sympathiques et serviables, petit jardin bien ombragé, très grands rangements, moustiquaires, plage à proximité immédiate et crucial pour nous (!) plage pour chiens vers lido dei pini. Petites faiblesses : stationnement sur la voie publique parfois un peu difficile, absence de wifi, absence de climatisation,route très passante.”

“This property was not convenient to all that we wanted to see in Rome. The house was not well stocked. There was no laundry detergent, limited rolls of toilet paper, limited amount of towels. and truly pitiful bed pillows Uber or taxi expenses were large.”

Eftermiddagssolen var dock lite för het för att kunna njuta fullt ut men före 12 och efter 18 var terassen underbar! Vi lyckades pricka in när ”extremhettan” härjade i södra Europa så ac:n i lägenheten var mycket uppskattad! Vi gick till Colosseum på ca 25-30min, men om man hellre tar Metron så är gångtiden ca 5-7min. Hyresvärdarna svarade...

“We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. I enjoyed sitting in the back under the canopy during the day and late at night. Neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the mattress and bedding on the double bed in rom with half bath. “Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back.”

“Vi hade en härlig vecka i Lariano. Vackert hus, härlig pool, perfekt med fotbollsplan för 12 åringen. Det fanns vingårdar, restauranger och saker att se i närheten. Man måste ha bil. Alfonso och hans familj höll sig för sig själva men hjälpte till med tips på restauranger och om behov uppstod. Huset och trädgården är finare än bilderna. Jag kan absolut tänka mig att återvända!”

“We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener.”

Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. “Cute little place, had everything we needed. Close to a small market down the street to stock fridge and restaurants/places two streets away. Safe and quiet area reminded me of LA. Communication was immediate. Super close to the train station where you can also get the touring buses. Definitely pay attention to the instructions”

“Fantastic grounds, facilities and pool area. Great staff to help us during the stay. Drawbacks, airconditioning needed at least in the bedrooms. There was a mosquito problem due to stagnant water in fountains about the property.”

La piscine est un plus qui se complète avec les journées de repos Routes et chemins de montagnes, cela peut surprendre , il faut être à l’aise avec cette conduite surtout le soir … mais les petits villages qui les surplombent sont authentiques et magnifiques . “Me, my husband and 7 friends traced to Rome for the 2023 Ryder Cup. Although the perfidy the YS team disappointed us, the Italian villa in Albano Laziale did NOT. From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.”

“The location was great, and made up for the not so great service. Checking in was easy, but when we were checking out we had a real hard time getting hold of staff so se could store our bags even though we had informera then the day before. We ended up having to store it elsewhere. Also, the towels left lint everywhere. Orherwise, would recommend.”

“Boendet har jättebra läge med tunnelbanan framför huset och Colosseum inom kort gångavstånd. Restauranger/affärer finns i närheten. Bra storlek på rummen, för både personer och väskor. Trevlig personal, och bra med frukost i baren mitt emot. Badrummet har sett bättre dagar, både när det gäller fukt och städning. Ok boende på en natt i Rom.”

“Our stay att Colosseo Gardens was very pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was clean and fresh and everything we needed was there. The host met us and helped us with check-in and whenever we needed help with something they were just a phonecall away. The neighbourhood was really nice and within walking-distance to many nice restaurants and the city center. ”
