“Great place! Tracy is very friendly and responsive. Our toddler loved all the toys and games in the basement. The backyard is great for playing and there's a good park for toddlers close by. The pack and play was perfect for our 4 month old to sleep in for a couple nights. Hope to be back again. ”

“Perfect location for walking to the lake and downtown. We were a party of six adults and four children. The six bedrooms were fairly large and although the listing shows three bathrooms with no tub, we were pleased to see there was a tub and an extra half bath downstairs. Yes, plenty of stairs but not a deterrent. New levels to explore. The top level/family room is very big and private. The family room was great for lounging. I worried that the kitchen was small but it was just fine. Very nice...

“We had a great time on our vacation at the palms.would definitely recommend it if you’re going to Sylvan Lake about an 8 minutes walk to the beach and you can browse multiple little shops to the beach or back the the house.Back yard very well accommodating for a group we were 8 people but still lots of room for the kids to play.Very quiet.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place for a group.Contact with host very efficient.Thanks again for a great time Richard ”
