“We loved this cabin the moment we walked in the door! The cabin is well appointed, cozy, and inviting. The glass-fronted wood stove, radiant heat floors, walk-in shower with a forest view, comfortable bed (again with forest view), and the river trail were all highlights. We can't wait to return!”

“My wife and I had a great stay here. The cabin was very clean and looks to have been recently updated as everything was new looking and upscale for a cabin on a lake. Bathroom was super nice with a large shower and jacuzzi tub. The towels made me realize we need new ones at home! The wifi didn't work but the owner said to contact him directly so we could've gotten it fixed, we just didn't need it since we had a laptop we could hook up and hotspot from our phones. “The home was as described. The surrounding area really was not. There are several other homes close to the cabin that don’t lend to the feeling of privacy. The area is quiet, and that was lovely. The hot tub seems like it’s on its last leg, while it was hot enough, the jets barely moved the water, and it’s definitely old. Inside the home is cozy,clean and neat, although quite dark as far lighting and windows go. There are absolutely no usb plugs available so be sure to bring plug in bricks....

Everything was spotless and very clean. Shannon was prompt and thorough with her responses and help. We hope to stay in the Osprey Nest cabin again in future trips to Washington.”

“This was our second stay here during our spring break week and we love it. I have two teenage boys that usually prefer phones over nature but when we come here they get out of cabin to build fires, chop wood, go for walks, etc. It’s quiet and serene yet so close to a store and to Mt Rainier adventures. “The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. They had cooking supplies in the kitchen and even waffles supplies for our 22 month old son. Rainier was very close and the host even gave us great recommendations on where to eat. Great experience! ”

“Perfect for a few days as a solo traveler in early spring to the area. Gorgeous view of Mt. Osborne and the Nisqually River. The place was very clean. Hot tub was a fantastic feature. Took advantage of the fire pit too. The 4 foot ceiling in the loft area was harder to navigate than I anticipated - but it was exactly as advertised. ”

“The cabin is beautiful, but we were a little disappointed with the location of the cabin. From the listing it seemed like it would be more secluded. The cabin is in a neighborhood with a bunch of cabins around it. It was quiet, and peaceful. It's a short walk to the river. Cabin was comfy and cozy but the wifi was very slow. The iron smell of the water was a little unpleasant. The stairs are are very steep and maybe difficult to navigate for others. But overall a nice experience. ”

“We brought our 2 teens and their friends. Brought firewood to have a fire by the river. Brought meals to prepare the whole time. Comfortable get a way. Girls Went to Leavenworth for a few hours. Boys went fishing at the lake both days. ”
