“This place was not what I expected, Water damaged room, ceiling that was filled with water, you can hear everything they do in the room next door, and party from the neighborhood that only stops around 23:00. Overall just a disappointment. ”

“We have been visiting Townsville for the last 15 years for work and now for health (nothing serious). For the last couple of years Islington at Central has been our preferred place to stay, the apartments are a good size, it's close everything and has secure parking. ”

“Very lovely place to stay. Comfortable with stunning view, perfect when we were up for a surgical hospital visit was nice to come back to a comfortable apartment. Only downside was it was a bit dirty in areas but not so much as to affect our experience. Will be back again 😌”

“Great location overlooking the marina, we spent most of our time on the veranda enjoying the activity below. The ferry was noisy at first but we got used to that. The floors are very stained and dirty making the space feel unclean, the cleaners came through and did a tidy without actually cleaning.”

“The room was excellent, double the size of a standard room and fully equipped for a long stay. Only one minor down side is some of the rooms are privately owned and sublet so there is inconsistency in services provided. Free Wifi in hotels is expected nowadays but to our surprise there was none provided with this room unless you buy a very expensive package and it was woefully slow. lucky we had our phones.”
