Clean and well stocked with necessary supplies and free snacks. This is a full-time rental (not someone's actual house) in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood in case that is important to you. ”

“These apartments were so beautiful, tastefully decorated, super clean, and in a great location. The owner was available on call, left curated local treats (a lovely surprise!), and was very friendly. The location was close to downtown, but not walkable to downtown, which was fine with us. Passyunk Ave was 1 block away and very, very funky/cute. Overall, this is a 5 star property. The set-up, however, is two 2 bedroom apartments, separated by a hallway (that is private) with locks. “We stayed at Amanda's place for a long weekend. Amanda was very quick and helpful in response to any questions I had. Home was as pictured in the listing. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. The outside area was especially nice and we enjoyed hanging out there quite a bit. Great restaurants all a short walk away. We were able to find parking right in front of the door too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Just a note as I can't remember if it was mentioned in the listing, the staircase is steep...

“This is a gorgeous property with plenty of space and beautiful accommodations. The street parking was easy and the owner was ready to get in touch with. Access is remote making it very convenient in an area where it is hard to find places to stay. Highly recommend.”
