“Our family just lived this sweet Victorian house. The little hidden treasures are in the decor, for sure! Of course our teens (and those who felt like teens, but regretted the next morning) loved the game room. The kitchen/dining area have the open concept with the living room so making dinner doesn't mean leaving the family. I love that.”

“I really enjoyed this property. The gym/pool table room was huge! And so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was modern and also very well equipped. Couches comfortable. Shower/jacuzzi was a little quirky. Water came out HOT or COLD. No warm or jets. Maybe a house manual would help! But overall AWESOME! would def come back!”

“We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us. Sue and Jack are amazing hosts with check ins to make sure we were comfortable...

“Gorgeous home in a quiet beautiful area. We loved that everything we needed was in the house. We were 11 mins from the falls and hiking trails. Amazing property and owner was available for any questions. We plan on staying there in the future again.”

“The listing stated that there was 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full We had 3 couples with us and this listing of the sleeping arrangements were inaccurate. There was a king, a full, and 3 twin beds. This made for sleeping extremely difficult. Had we known the accurate sleeping arrangements, we would have made different accommodations. The house itself was clean and beautiful, it just did not accommodate for the size of our party.”

“Our family of six fit perfectly in this home that was 10-15 minutes from American side of the falls. Easy parking and safe neighborhood. House is just what you need for a few days stay.”

“Great set up for a decent sized group using this as a base to explore the area. My family enjoyed the property. There were a number of ants we had to take care of on that initial night, but I didn't notice them any more after that. But the property is great, I'd give the experience a 9/10.”

The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate.”

The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.”

“Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! Overall the apartment was fine.”
