“This is a wonderful little cottage! MaryJo was very communicative with all the details we needed. We brought our 2 pups with us. It was a little cramped with 4 adults and 2 dogs however we knew we would be. The yard was big and mostly fenced (it is open on the side if you have a pet that will run). The beds.....oh my the beds!! I slept so good and they were so very comfy! We even looked up the brand of the bed and are considering it for home! The beach entrance was 3 houses down, so nice easy...

“The carpets and floors were dirty and every inch of woodwork was nicked and battered. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. The kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty inside and out. One of the showers was not functional and it was a bathtub only bathroom. The bathrooms were ok but were not exceptionally well cared for. The master had the start of mold in several places. One of the toilets was slanted and leaning to one side. The landscaping was overgrown. The furnishings...

“Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is clean and amenities well thought out. We loved the neighborhood and how close the house is to beach access. It was so nice to take a short walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The game room was a big hit! We all enjoyed karaoke, Wii, and pool. The bedrooms were well appointed and beds very comfortable.
