“Really great stay for friends or small family. The courtyard was a great amenity and the kitchen was fully stocked with what you would need to cook a meal. Excellent location - such an easy walk to Kroger and Forsyth park. The free shuttles were only a couple blocks walk. Downsides were thin wall with the adjoining rental unit (could hear someone coughing and TV past midnight) and somehow a pair of used women's underwear in the bathroom towel rack. The host did a poor job with providing check-in...

“This property really is in the perfect spot! My husband and I stayed here for Memorial Weekend, and were pleasantly surprised at the number of fantastic restaurants that were just steps away! We were also close to the river, where we were able to walk our pup in the mornings and evenings. The Pearl is right next door, and was the perfect place for an anniversary dinner while we were there. The property itself was clean and comfortable, particularly for two or a small family. “The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”
