“My daughter and I were in town visiting my three sons who live on the island. This was a perfect location for us. Close to EVERYTHING! The owner was very prompt with communication. Nice touch to have a basket of holiday goodies upon arrival. One big plus is to have linens, towels, kitchen supplies etc all there. Thank you for a nice stay!!”

“This is our second visit to this home and we enjoyed ourselves again. It's in a quiet area and not far from Jacksonville. We love the attention to detail, from a small snack basket to bedding, they provide everything you need. We are pet lovers and go everywhere with our fur babies. We did have an extra visitor this time, a sweet black kitty. Our dogs are fine with cats and it wanted to join our family. If you are allergic to cats, this could cause an issue as it was hard to ignore him/her....

“My wife and I stayed for a quick babymoon before our first child arrives. The house was great. Very clean and comfortable and with a neat decor. Close to the breach and a short trip to all the good restaurants. The host was great as well, with excellent communication.”

The bedrooms are laid out very nicely to give everyone their own space, the balconies (front and back) provide nice views, the beach is a very short and comfortable walk down the street. I would recommend this house and look forward to perhaps visiting again one day.”

“We loved our stay at “Never Say Goodbye”! The location was ideal and perfect for walking our kids to the beach every day (literally 60 secs), and was in close proximity to easily drive to local shops and restaurants. The house was warm and inviting, and the hosts were eager to make our stay stress free by providing plenty of information about the wonderful island of Topsail.”

“We stayed for 6 days and it was amazing. Amber was very open with us and made it a completely stress free check in. We showed up and were informed the garage door was having issues. Within twenty minutes she had someone there to fix it. On top of how easy it was to check in, it's in a beautiful area. Your about 1 block from public beach access. The house was just as described and pictures do it justice. Very clean as well. Would 100% recommend.”

“This beach house was in a great location close to town. It was clean and affordable. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra bedding in both rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked, including trash bags, cleaning supplies and spices. The bathroom had supplies in case you forget anything. We loved that it was dog friendly, close beach access and walking distance to town. We will be staying here again in the future.”

“The location alone is the best selling point of this property! I could not have asked for a better location. Beach access a few steps away. Quiet area, minimal traffic and the beach was very secluded. Perfect for letting our pup run on the beach! The house was just like the photos- had everything needed! Would 100% stay again!!”

“Our group of 7 really enjoyed our stay here, it is a lovely home and we all had a great time. The house had everything we needed furnishings-wise, we brought our groceries of course, and were able to make ourselves at home. The neighborhood is great, located near shops and food within walking distance but also accessible by golf cart if you don't drive on Coast Guard Rd (you are allowed to cross it though). The beach is a quick enough walk, but the golf cart makes that quicker and allows you...

“Wow, it was a nice, quiet retreat. Everything was so clean and everything you need to be comfortable was there. I was just a little confused on the hot tub thinking it was the outdoor kind and slept in the twin bed leaning forward on my side but all in all, not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The original listing when I booked said there was a futon and twin beds in room 2, but there was no futon, which put one person in our group of 5 sleeping on the couch. The place is cute with a nice fenced yard. The location, as in proximity to things, was great, but the neighborhood itself was a little run down and junky in certain areas. This particular unit and yard was definitely one of the nicest on the street. Overall, it was fine for a weekend visit, especially for the price.”
