“This space was excellent. It was decorated so cute! Check in was seamless, communication was great and the location was quiet but close to Emerald Isle for beach and restaurants. My family and I loved this rental. The owner is so thoughtful providing extras such as shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, even lotion ! Can’t say enough ! ”

Communication was thorough and the entrance and location were well explained and easy. The home is BEAUTIFUL! It was clean, it smelled great, and everything was so organized. We had more than you could possibly need for supplies also. And the view from the porch was heavenly! Thank you, we all hope to be back!”

“It is a nice and quiet neighborhood! A nice place and a good value for your money! Host Kellie is responsive to messages and wants you to enjoy your stay as well!Could use a new bed frame in the front bedroom it creaks loudly when crawling in and out.Rear bedroom queen mattress has hard ridges which are not comfortable to feel.That said...overall we had a nice stay!”

“very happy with the cleanliness of the home! golf cart was a great amenity for getting back and forth to the beach. elevator was great for getting large luggage and coolers into the home. the pool was just another added bonus. property manager was quick in response to the grill propane tank being low. 10/10 recommend!”

“Mattresses were hard. No full length couch made it difficult to get comfortable. Kitchen faucet was extremely loose. Refrigerater had a lot of rust on the outside, but was clean on the inside. Windows need replaced, as the seals in the glass are broken, making it difficult to see the ocean from inside the house. The deck was very nice. The gates on the deck made it nice for sitting ouside with our dog. Just a few steps to the beach made it nice for quickly coming and going between the beach and...

“This duplex was awesome! We had so much space (bigger than it looks online), extremely clean and comfortable! It was across the street from the beach access and yet you could still see & hear the ocean and it wasn’t crowded! The owner was extremely fast at replying to my silly questions and the only issue is we had to leave! We will definitely be renting this in the future!”
