“This was the perfect place for my son and I to stay. It was cute and cozy, with a beautiful view and a trail to the creek right off the backyard. We loved being able to bring our dogs with us (especially our new shelter dog with abandonment issues—it was so nice not to have to leave her at home.) We were close to everything we wanted to do (and more) and can’t wait to come back! The owner was very friendly and informative, and the information he gave about activities in the area did not go to...

“The charming cabin is located in the prefect place that is secluded in the woods and close to Jim Thorpe’s main drag. The cabin is country and yet contemporary. Well stocked kitchen for your food prep and cooking. The beds extremely comfortable. And the best part is the gas fireplace with the recliner sofa in front of it. Nothing better than an after dinner drink watching TV in front of a warm fire. We plan on renting this place again. ”

“We had a great 3 week stay at the Sanctuary of the Swan. Kimberly and Dennis were great hosts. We Stayed in the apt. Above the Garage and we’re working nights at Limerick power station. It was quiet and peaceful during the day so we had no trouble sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

“Edwin's cabin "Le Wood" near the town of Jim Thorpe, PA is an amazing A Frame home that combines nostalgia with incredible style. The house was clean and ready for us upon check in and Edwin was super responsive throughout the weekend. We spent a great evening in town on Friday (plenty of great restaurants!) but the majority of our time was spent playing in the yard, on the porch, and in the awesome hot tub at Le Wood. Thank you, Edwin!”

“We were of 4 families, 15 people total. The house was well equipped to accommodate everyone. Safe for toddlers, Diego has gates installed in front of the stairs. Bigger kids had a blast in the game room and with the bunk beds. Short drive from NYC and still feels remote, with great views woods and mountains, plus a few local farms. Highly recommend!”
