“I had a hard tine finding the property and should have called immediately because Maggie would have saved me. I also couldn't figure out the lock box but she helped me on that too. Otherwise the place was just like the photos, one block from the Convention center where my meetings were being held.”

“We absolutely enjoyed our second stay at this cute location. We even got snow this time! Plenty of room for us and our big dog. The host consistently checked un on us because of the snow and left us the tools including ice melt to help us with the driveway. Heat was great and plenty of blankets. The kitchen is always well stocked too which allowed us to make yummy homemade meals and lake Gregory being steps away is always a plus!”

“The unit is small but welcoming and has great conveniences. We were only there to sleep and have breakfast so the small quarters was not a problem. There is limited space for suitcases and toiletry bags. Secure and quiet on a nice residential street.”

“This suite is clean and nicely located in a quiet neighborhood that’s fairly close to downtown Redlands. The living area is roomy and there is plenty of storage space throughout the suite so you can keep things uncluttered. Everything was as described. We stayed 5 nights and would stay here again.”

“Nice, cozy apartment. New and upgraded space with working appliances. It wasn’t as clean as I’d expect of a short term rental space. The host was nice. Little more communication ahead of time would’ve gone a long way, as the apartment is located in a gated community and we didn’t receive the code ahead of time. I really enjoyed my stay and I’m sure if you’re looking for a nice place to enjoy your time you would too.”

“This is an apartment run by a management company and provides only (and not all) of the basics. There is furniture and a tv. A kitchen stocked with a few pans and cutting board, but not one real knife. 3 spoons, 3 knives. 8 spoons. A shower/tub combo but no plug for the bath. A duvet, but not one extra blanket. It also had a strong stale air smell. The duvet was musty smelling. Some of the glasses had a greasy film and the dishwasher was broken. The rules said we’d be fined for not taking out...

“We hoped to have a quiet weekend of rest, but there is no privacy you can hear voices, children and noise all the time. Not recommended!!”

“Host is non communitive. Had to track him down thru vrbo to get address & entry code. Got there and going up the stairs we were accompanied by a roach (the first of many). Nowhere on his posting does it show or say that its 2 story or that there are steps down to the unit. This would be helpful for people like me who cannot do stairs as Im handicapped & use a walker. All beds are upstairs along with the only shower!!! Had this been disclosed, we would have chosen another location. Had we not...
