“Great stay in a lovely house. Large, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Feels like a cared-for home. Plenty of different living spaces (inside and outside). Large and very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Glorious views from the house and colourful garden (in summer). Lots of walks from the back door or a short drive away. Good local shop and pub. Very responsive host. Nice welcome pack. Would love to go back.”

“Beautiful cottage with everything you need for a romantic getaway, plenty of space and the décor with so much love put into the property. Hot tub was amazing loved it. We ordered from the menu homemade lasagne garlic bread and some chips for our first night and was so worth it tasted better than any pub meal. And we had a sausage and egg muffin for breakfast on our last morning with hash browns and orange juice delicious. We went to the local pub for Sunday lunch we booked before our visit beef...

"The pictures looks nicer than it is, the interior of the rooms are very outdated and the old rug that also are in the bathroom need to go. Lobby is ok, the stairs and corridor is very old-fashioned like the room. Luckily the bed is clean and nice. Birds outside made a lot of noise very early in the morning. Breakfast was good and the restaurant looks nice."

"We had a really delightful stay at The Old Rectory Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A very nice relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Very comfortable room. Extremely comfortable bed. Only drawback was the bathroom. A very small shower. Drainage didn’t work well do there was lots of water in cabinet. The cooking at the hotel was above tge ordinary. We had a brilliant meal and great breakfast. Highly recommend. "
