“Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) ”

“We just had a quick stay in Como but this apartment was perfect for our 3. Best view of the lake and so comfortable! The owner Sara was so accommodating and available! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Loved our time there. Thank you Sara!”

“Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und allen Zimmern ist atemberaubend. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal, nah an Como mit allen Möglichkeiten, per Bus oder Schiff die gegend zu erkunden. Lina ist eine überaus freundliche, engagierte Gastgeberin, die viele Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen geben kann. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr laut, aber mit Ohrstöpsel in der Nacht war es für uns ok.”

“We spent very nice vacation days at Lake Como. The apartment is located in a house built into the mountain. Therefore, you have to climb some stairs to get to the apartment, but then you are rewarded by a beautiful apartment with a fantastic view. We felt very comfortable.”

“Logement tout à fait correct. Il s agit d un appartement et non d une maison. Attention il y a beaucoup d escaliers pour atteindre le logement et la piscine qui est assez éloignée. Nesso est un peu excentré mais heureusement le service de bus est pratique et peu cher pour se rendre à Bellagio et Côme. L epicerie au centre du village est top !”

“This apartment is in an excellent location in the center of Cernobbio. It is in an old beautifully preserved building. The property manager, Laura, was outstanding. Incredibly helpful and responsive. The property was as pictured. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the living room furniture could use some updating. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. Otherwise an architecturally beautiful and comfortable home.”

“This property was very convenient in Corso Como area. The unit itself was very minimalist, which is fine, but lacking in things like bedside lamp/table and the bath tub needed a good scrubbing to get the mildew out. It worked, but would not stay again. ”

“Leider lag die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße von Como nach Bellagio. Den ganzen Tag donnerte der Verkehr vorbei, was sehr laut war. Dadurch war die Terrasse nur bedingt nutzbar. Abends und nachts war es relativ ruhig. Außerdem war von der Wohnung aus kein Geschäft, Restaurant etc. zu Fuß erreichbar. Man musste immer mit dem Auto irgendwo hinfahren und am Ankunftsort war das Problem, dass man meistens kein Parkplatz fand. In der Wohnung war die Badewanne nicht nutzbar, da irgendetwas...
