“Very happy with our stay.”

“We loved staying at Bob’s cabin on Lake George. You can tell he and his family take a lot of pride in it, it truly felt like a home. The property was very clean and well equipped. We did not want to leave. We would absolutely come back.”

“Booking process: 0/10 . This property is managed by some company called Vacassa. I booked via VRBO, received a confirmation email, my credit card was charged and we thought we were good to go on our vacation and were planning what to do in three lakes. However Vacassa requires you to verify your identity directly with them via a separate process. I missed the email as it came later and they canceled the reservation the next morning. Luckily the room was still available and I rebooked it, but...

“We very much enjoyed this space in the past. This was the first time renting it through a rental company. Communication was ok, except that entry was not communicated clearly. We had a very hard time getting into the building, then had even more difficulties getting into the rental unit itself. We did have to remove an extra 4 legged guest. A salamander had found its way in somehow and scared a couple of the girls to the point of refusing to stay.”

“Best resort to stay in the area. Although we didn't snowmobile, seemed like a good place to do it. Enjoyed the pool and fitness facility. Master bed was really squeeky and the outdoor patio was unaccessible do to being snowed in, including the gas grill that was snowed in and without a propane tank. Seating area in the living room was comfortable with a nice view of the property.”

“We really enjoyed the stay. The property was big enough with enough private space. The larger shared space is great for bigger groups and eating and drinking together. We would be happy to book here again.”

“Stayed here in the winter for our annual ice fishing trip. It is very close to the boat landing for easy access to the lake. Everything is as advertised. It is a great place to stay with tons of fun for everyone!”

“We drove 3.5 hours to stay at the clean cozy cabin. The cabin was very clean and there was plenty of wood for wood burning fireplace. Gorgeous picturesque views of the lake and awesome sunsets. The queen bed was new and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking to come back in summer to enjoy the lake! Thank you for sharing a great place with us!”
