We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. It was clean and decorated so nicely. We are use to the camper lifestyle and had no issue with the size of the kitchen or living areas! “My stay was brief. The house/building was very very nice. I may have seen one other person in passing. The directions were very clear which I totally appreciate because my dyslexia sometimes slows me down. The room I stayed in was sooo cute! There were towels waiting for me on the edge of my bed. There was a small desk, a lamp, blinds so I could get some extra lighting. Rules for how to conduct yourself as well as clear instructions on how to clean after yourself as this is a shared space...

“Everything needed at apartment, cups, plates, washer dryer etc. Check in was easy but communication a little difficult when there were issues as you can only communicate through the app when there's not someone at the front desk. The app sent someone to fix my TV at 1am! Could have been cleaner but staff were really nice when I did find them.”
