“The minute we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff and elephants at the pool. What followed was a once in a lifetime experience. The positives - Beds are super comfy with electric blankets for those cold nights and a fan for the warm days. The food was AMAZING. I LOVED being seated with fellow safari mates and getting to know people from across the world even though we are total introverts. “We a great place. It just by a river very close to the kruger park. We had a group of hippos just ny the hotel. And one day a group of elefant walked on by. Its a beautiful place with really nice views and good food”

“We very much enjoyed the stay. Well located next to Kruger Park. Only kind of negative thing was that in the winter climate (as Swede it feels weird to call it winter when it is 15 degrees outside though) it became a bit too cold to sit outside during the dinner, maybe it was a temporar solution. The hotel can be recommended if you are aiming for a safari stay in Kruger Park.”

“Nicely situated on a river bank and quite close to the southern part of Kruger. We stayed for one night on our way from JNB to a tented camp close to Skukuza. The food and service was good thru-out. The only dispointment was that I (with certainty) forgot a pair of binoculars on the room. When we went back to the hotel. No one seemed to remember having seen it.”
