“So this is the first time we’ve ever been to Puerto Rico. We stayed at this property for 7 days. Overall it was a good experience. Here’s a couple pro’s & cons since there aren’t many reviews. Cons: • Shower curtain is short so when you shower water splashes on the floor we had to put towels on the floor (Simple solution). • Small ants in the bathroom. No big deal all you have to do is spray their trail with bleach. But they’ll be back the next day. Mostly found in the bathroom. Most likely...

“Overall, it was a nice experience! Very clean, spacious, safe, and centrally located!! Only one complain. One night we had noisy neighbors until late at night, and when we contacted management, they were not able to help us.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Posada Colonial. We stayed there for one week and experienced San Juan. The apartment is close to a beautiful beach, restaurants, bars and everything else you can possibly need. We never tried the local bus, but über is super cheap and great to get around. We did walk to Old San Juan one day, a nice way to see things. The owners are super helpful and did not only pick us up at the airport, they drove us there after our stay so we could get our rental car. During...

“This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. I wouldn't want to try parking there though, as the streets are very narrow and parked cars regularly lost their side mirrors. The area info...
