Husvagnscampingar i Nijlen

"Vårt rum hade fönster mot en bygge där arbetet börjades kl 06.30 varje morgon. Så mycket oljud att det gick inte sova. Man skulle kanske tycka att trevligt att få rena handdukar varje dag men inte hållbart. Fantastisk frukost. Bra läge mitt i Gamla Staden. "

"Old and tired hotel, in need of refurbishment. No shuttle from the airport, which makes the transport complicated... 1.5 km from the nearest bus station (by night, the path it seems being in the middle of nowhere) and 700 m from the train station. The shuttle dissapeared during the pandemic and the hotel never bothered to reintroduce it. An Uber/ Bolt from the airport cost 20 - 25 euros. The 4 stars are 3 and look like 2. The TV in the room has only a few channels available, a menu that will take you a while to understand and it takes its time to respond to the commands... if it ever responds. If you have a car, they will charge you 18 euros/ day. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and good breakfast."

"Extremely nice staff. Spacious and very good room. All clean and nice. I was not feeling to good but could increase the room temperature to 24 degrees! A bit much perhaps, but.... Restaurant is good, breakfast even better. Easy to park your car, for a fee, in the garage. But I will check if an airport shuttle wouldn't be better/cheaper then a rental car 1 extra day. Definitely a winner. I will be back when I fly out of Brussels again!"

"Arrived 1:20AM with an already paid hotel reservation (300€), when arriving hotel is OVERBOOKED and NO room available! Being told they have booked me at a nearby hotel and taxi will arrive in 5-10min…. NO took 20min for taxi to arrive (with 20+ cabs available one floor down). Was told new hotel was 5min away… NO hotel was 10min away. When arriving to the new hotel… NO reservation had been done by the Sheraton Brussels Airport hotel!!!! During our 20min wait I asked for a bottle of water and was told… NO you have to pay for it!!! Stay away from this hotel, they blame everything and everyone apart from them self. "

"The hotel is really nice and clean. Services are good, even though sometimes it feels the employees cannot decide or tell unless asked on things. For example, be careful if you have a car higher than 1.85 m. It will not fit their underground garage. Then you have to ask where you can park and they recommend you something. Nonetheless, the other parking is not for free (included in the room price) and I personally did not get any compensation back. One other thing I was not told about, was that if you hangout "Do not clean my room" on your door, starting with the 2nd day of doing that, you will get a 5 Euro voucher to use at the hotels bar/restaurant. But be careful as the "Do not disturb" sign will not do that as in my case. Stayed 5 nights, they only cleaned my room once as I wanted, but never got a voucher as I always had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. My work colleagues had the "do not clean" and got 2 or 3 vouchers. The views from the room are nice as long as you are at least at floor 4 or 5. Beds are comfortable, but the armchair and "sofa" beside the bed, even though good looking, not as comfortable. Smart TV in the room that you can "stream" your phone to, which is nice to watch your TV series from Netflix or Disney+. Really well placed hotel as well with lots of activities to do around and lot s of places to eat or drink beer. Then, within 5-10 minutes drive you are on the highway towards anyplace. The room is enough for 1 family with 1 child or 2 very small."
