“For being a spa hotel resort, the services for guests that were complementary or limited and not publicized. Upon a second inquiry to the spa desk, we were told to purchase $100 service in order to use any of the complementary spa facilities. The location and the quality of the hotel and resort was serene and pretty quiet and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The five dollar drink specials were tasty! We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub in the evening. Would definitely...

“The condo is very clean, had everything we needed from paper towels, shampoo conditionwr and so on. The location is wonderful restraunts, fun attractions are super close. Acess to the beach is very easy and quick.”

There was a little bit of trouble (outside of our or the owner’s control) with check in, but throughout that whole process, the owner was communicating clearly with us and was super gracious in helping us figure out what would be best. We definitely recommend!”

“Went for thunder beach bike week and had a blast besides ended up getting sick first day lol. The bed was more comfier than mine at home! Only downfall was we were told by receptionist there was trailer parking on property although there was, it was public parking and have to pay to store our trailer. Thats no fault of the condo owner just Laketown wharf in general so beware if you take a trailer if going for bike week.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was everything we could imagine. The only issue we had was the 3rd floor sleeper sofa linen was not changed and had urine stains… after calling the office for the second time the manager came and corrected the problem. The office staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We definitely will stay again.”

“We had a great family vacation. The room was as advertised, clean and well decorated. The building had a great pool area and nice restaurant. Workout facilities had all the essentials to get in a good workout although some of the weights were a little beat up. The owner of the unit was very responsive and the on-site staff were very helpful. We arrived early and the front desk held our bags and gave us access to all the building amenities while we waited for our room. We would definitely stay at...
