“The parking arrangements need clarification to avoid the embarrassment of parking in a regular resident's spot. It is not very well lit at night and the long and narrow driveway with cars on either side makes it difficult to do a three point turn or reverse safely. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be more powerful to prevent a quick build up of steam and damp which drips off the walls of the apartment. Im told this could be a common issue in the neighbourhood.”

“The property was not clean. The carpet and the rugs were stained. Not vacuumed properly either Crumbs of bread or toast on the couch. Had to vacuum them off when l arrived. Tiles in kitchen not clean. Windows on sliding doors dirty. Looking through the glass doors with a haze. Cistern on the toilet cracked in 3 places. Used Toothpaste all screwed up in the bathroom cupboard. Also used shampoo and conditioner in the same cupboard. Someone had left it behind. Shelves in the bedroom dirty. Marks on...

“This apartment was very clean and was in a good area for the event that I was attending. Would recommend this property to anyone. ”

“It was a nice unit and we enjoyed our stay. Would be better if there was lighting around the grounds as walking from the garage to the unit was done in darkness. The garage is quite small and only just fit my Camry. A bigger car or with a tow ball would struggle. Also there was no working remote control for the air conditioning and no instructions either. So basically it’s on or off no way to change temperature up or down. The letterbox was full of mail/junk mail and it all fell out when I...

“Apartment is situated in easy walking to beaches, ferries, buses, shops bars and restaurants. We loved our stay. We had everything we needed in the apartment for our stay. Dean was easy to deal with and had excellent communication. If we return to Manly we would definitely stay there again.”

“GREAT property!!! The coffee machine in the room and the free barista coffee on your way out the door in the morning are AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this property. I've stayed in a few properties over the last 3 months in Chatswood, and this one is by far the best. Its clean and modern. The staff are very lovely, the towels are fluffy and the bed is extremely comfortable.”
