“Enjoyed yesteryear charm. Excellent little touches. Be prepared to travel for Cafe's in Rawene. Great to walk the Kohukohu village up past the school to appreciate the wonderful old villas. Most were built in the 1800's. Best to purchase a concession card for ferry travel. Much cheaper.”

“Sure! Here's a more casual version of your review:We had such a great stay at this place! Margret gave us a warm welcome, and the house was beautiful, super clean, and had an amazing view. We stayed with our two kids and felt right at home. The location is awesome too—really close to the Paihia beach market, which was super convenient. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a spot to stay in Haruru!”

"A nice hotel with a very good location! Beds were comfy, good black out curtains, all was quiet. We didn't try the restaurant, so we have no opinion on the restaurant services except the bar. The Whisky sour we were served was nothing to write home about."
