The place is lovely and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach as well as an array of restaurants and shops on Cookman Ave. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I are already discussing our summer 2024 vacation and staying at Jay and Nick's place!”

Yes, a certain amount of information was provided in written form, and there was a contact number to call if you had a question or issue, but I still would have preferred someone to be working in the building. “No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise”
