“ I stayed at the Marriott in Aruba for five days and it was incredibly frustrating. It was nearly impossible to get a beach chair with an umbrella unless you showed up before 6 a.m. to claim one. For a resort of this caliber, guests shouldn’t have to wake up at dawn and compete for basic beach seating. It really took away from the experience. Plus you pay $75 a day for a resort fee, but you don’t actually get any amenities. ”

“Room wasn’t very clean and it was outdated. Food at the buffets was okay. The beach was beautiful, but had a lot of seaweed. There was staff out trying to clean it up, but it just must be that time of year for it. The ocean was amazing, the nightly shows were not great, karaoke was fun and the house band was really good. I found that a lot of the staff didn’t speak much English which made things more difficult.”

“Location location location! This resort is about 15 meter from beach, and the beach is really good! I had a room with w view towards the beach and I enjoyed it very much! The resort is within walking distance to the Rodney Bay center with supermarkets and malls. There is also shuttle service two times each hour to, and from, Bay Garden hotel, closer to center of Rodney Bay. The resort is also close to other restaurants in the area. The staff is very VERY friendly and provides service, always...

"Overall nice votel, but the point about a hotel is that you should be able to sleep. And unfortunately the AC is way too cold and the fan was blowing on full speed, and the control to adjust it wasn't activated. Other issues was that there was no soap in the bathroom and long lines to enter the breakfast, but that are minor issues."

"Ett fint och rent hotell med härliga pooler. Personalen var överlag trevlig, det finns viss förbättringspotential i bemötande för vissa. Samtidigt var Dario och Anthony i poolbaren, Iris i restaurangen och samtliga inom städet helt fantastiska. Maten är väldigt god och fräsch, det kändes som att bufférestaurangen var så bra att de andra restaurangerna kändes överflödiga. Vi bodde på översta våningen, penthouse, vilket var bra förutom mycket begränsad tillgång till hissen. Det finns totalt tre hissar, varav bara en hiss går till översta våningen. Den hissen är dock ofta upptagen av andra gäster på andra våningar. Ett tips vore att avsätta den hissen för gästerna på översta våningen för att inte väntetiderna ska bli orimliga. När det gäller RIU-appen: Så otroligt frustrerande att få förfrågan om recension flera gånger per dag. Men, förutom det så var det ett väldigt rent och fräscht hotell och jag kan rekommendera det för en skön semester med bra mat och dryck. "

"Ett resort som har allt. Strand, pol, restauranger, affärer precis utanför hotellet. Casino finns också. Rent och trevligt rum med utsikt över Beach och bar. Somnade till toner av musik från baren. Frukost där du beställer din egen omelett och smoothie. Lite krångligt att ta sig till stranden, bodde på våning 3 och fick åka ner till våning 2 och sen gå igen hotellet för att komma till stranden. "
